JOB DESCRIPTION - Technical Coordinator Proposal Engineer Company Overview Newtronic Lifecare Equipment Pvt Ltd has established itself as one of the leading brands in the field of laboratory equipment Founded in 1976 in a modest 200 sq ft unit at Kandivali Mumbai Today we operate from a state-of-the-art 60 000 sq ft facility in Umbergaon Gujarat We specialize in the design development and production of Pharma Temperature and Stability Chambers for laboratories Our core commitment lies in delivering high-quality products timely service and efficient after-sales support Backed by a skilled R D team we ensure excellence innovation and compliance with ICH Guidelines and global regulatory requirements We have a robust service network across all major pharma hubs in India and over 40 countries worldwide ensuring prompt after-sales support Our products comply with US-FDA MHRA TGA and WHO standards making Newtronic a trusted name in the pharmaceutical industry Website www newtronic in Position Details Position Title Sales Coordinator Technical Location Andheri East Mumbai Maharashtra Reports to Assistant Manager - Operations Position Summary The Sales Coordinator Technical will support the Technical Sales Estimation and Marketing teams This role requires a fundamental understanding of Mechanical Electrical or Automation systems along with robust communication coordination and analytical skills The incumbent will play a key role in bridging client requirements with internal technical and design teams Key Responsibilities Provide pre-sales technical support to clients Interpret engineering drawings specifications and scope of work Assist the Commercial Department in cost evaluation of engineering systems Develop a sound understanding of mechanical electrical and electronic systems Coordinate with senior staff and management for project updates Support in value engineering and technical solution development Forward client requirements to the Design Department for chamber layout preparation Ensure URS User Requirement Specification forms are completed and shared with the Sales team Review and ensure accuracy of QC documents Follow up on calibration certificates and ensure timely updates Coordinate FAT Factory Acceptance Test arrangements and documentation Prepare summary sheets and project reports as required Identify and suggest corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy Qualifications Skills Education Diploma B E in Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation Automation Engineering Experience 2-3 years in a similar technical coordination or sales support role preferably in pharma equipment lab equipment Skills Strong technical understanding of engineering systems Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Organized detail-oriented and proactive in follow-ups Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
