Location Salem WorkType Onsite Shift timing 11 00am to 08 00pm About the Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their career in HR and gain practical experience in recruitment onboarding employee engagement and HR documentation Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing screening and scheduling interviews for various roles Support onboarding activities including document collection and induction coordination Maintain and update employee records databases and HRMS Assist in preparing HR letters reports and internal communication Help organize employee engagement activities and events Support in attendance leave management and policy implementation Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks Perform other administrative duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field pursuing or completed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR functions is an advantage Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced environment What You Will Gain Hands-on experience in core HR functions Exposure to recruitment and HR operations Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance Certificate of Completion upon successful internship Venue URL factory private limited Salem Interested candidates or suitable people from your circle can share their updated resume at (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay From 5 000 00 per month Work Location In person
