Job Title 3D Designer AutoCAD Draftsman - Interior Civil Projects Job Role The 3D Designer AutoCAD Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D working drawings and 3D visualizations for interior architectural and civil projects The candidate should have a balance of technical drafting accuracy and creative visualization ability ensuring that designs are practical detailed and ready for execution at the site Roles Responsibilities 1 Drawing Drafting AutoCAD Prepare detailed plans elevations sections and joinery details for interiors and civil works Draft furniture layouts false ceiling flooring electrical and plumbing drawings as per site and client requirements Convert conceptual sketches and site inputs into clear construction drawings Ensure drawing accuracy dimensions and scale in every submission Update drawings based on site modifications and client revisions Maintain drawing control numbering and revision logs systematically 2 3D Design Visualization Create 3D models renders and walkthroughs using SketchUp Lumion V-Ray or Enscape Develop realistic lighting textures and material finishes for visual presentations Support the design team with concept renders mood boards and presentation layouts Revise and finalize 3D views based on design and client feedback 3 Coordination Execution Support Coordinate with interior designers site engineers and vendors for implementation of designs Cross-check MEP layouts with interior and civil drawings to avoid clashes Support material selection and BOQ preparation from finalized drawings Conduct occasional site visits to verify alignment of drawings with actual conditions 4 Documentation Reporting Maintain organized drawing folders and backup files Prepare submission sheets drawing transmittals and issue records Assist in preparing presentations for clients and management reviews Skills Required AutoCAD 2D Drafting - Mandatory SketchUp Lumion V-Ray Enscape 3ds Max - for 3D modeling and rendering Knowledge of interior finishes civil detailing furniture joinery and MEP coordination Understanding of material specifications and execution feasibility Proficiency in Photoshop Canva PowerPoint for presentations preferred Good communication and coordination skills Qualification Experience Diploma Degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering 1-4 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and 3D visualization Experience in interior furniture or architectural projects preferred Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Which 3D software are you proficient in Do you have experience in preparing working drawings like furniture details ceiling layouts flooring and electrical layouts Are you familiar with interior materials and finishes used in site execution laminates plywood paint tiles etc How soon can you join if selected Work Location In person
