positive and engaging recruitment journey ensuring smooth communication and a seamless interview process for candidates Drive inclusive hiring strategies to build a diverse workforce especially within contact center Continuously improve hiring workflows implement best practices and leverage recruitment technologies for efficiency Utilize hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to enhance hiring strategies forecast talent needs and drive continuous improvement Qualifications 4 experience in end-to-end hiring with a strong track record in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers operational leaders and executives aligning hiring strategies with business goals Proficiency in passive talent sourcing market mapping and competitor intelligence to attract top-tier candidates Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics optimize recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire efficiency Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while driving Diversity Inclusion initiatives Ability to engage influence and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders ensuring smooth recruitment processes and
