Responsibilities Collect label and process biological samples blood urine stool etc for diagnostic testing Perform biochemical hematology microbiology and serology tests with precision Operate calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment Record interpret and validate test results accurately Maintain laboratory documentation reports and inventory Follow all laboratory safety infection control and quality assurance protocols Assist in training junior staff or new team members when required Qualifications Diploma Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology DMLT BMLT or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a recognized medical or diagnostic laboratory Robust technical knowledge of laboratory instruments and procedures Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
