Role Overview As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of interior design and modular furniture projects You will coordinate between clients designers franchise partners and the production team to ensure timely delivery quality assurance and customer satisfaction The role requires a mix of operational oversight client relationship management and technical understanding of modular furniture design Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Manage projects from site measurement to final installation Create detailed project timelines and allocate resources effectively Ensure adherence to design specifications and production schedules Team Coordination Collaborate with Mayah s back-end design team to review production drawings Work closely with franchise partners builders and interior designers for smooth execution Supervise site work ensuring alignment between design intent and on-ground implementation Client Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address queries promptly Maintain strong relationships with designers builders and showroom partners Quality Compliance Conduct quality checks on modular furniture production and installation Ensure compliance with Mayah s standards of craftsmanship and material quality Resolve on-site challenges with proactive problem-solving Process Reporting Track project budgets and expenses to ensure cost efficiency Prepare project reports highlighting milestones risks and improvements Suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency and client experience Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or Project Management Experience 4-7 years of experience in project management within interiors modular furniture or construction Skills Robust understanding of modular furniture systems and interior fit-outs Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Other Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location In person
