1 Perform Routine Maintenance - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities on solar panels inverters mounting systems and other components to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the solar power systems 2 Troubleshooting and Diagnostics - Identify and diagnose issues with solar energy systems including electrical mechanical and structural components Develop effective solutions to resolve problems and restore functionality promptly 3 Repair and Replacement - Execute repair and replacement tasks on faulty or damaged components of solar power systems including but not limited to panels inverters wiring and mounting hardware Ensure that all repairs are performed safely and in accordance with industry standards 4 Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate records of service activities including maintenance schedules inspection reports repair logs and inventory records Generate comprehensive reports for customers and internal stakeholders regarding the status of solar power systems and any required repairs or upgrades 5 Customer Interaction - Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner addressing their concerns and inquiries regarding the performance and maintenance of their solar energy systems Provide guidance and recommendations for optimizing system efficiency and energy savings 6 Adherence to Safety Standards - Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing service activities including the proper use of personal protective equipment PPE and adherence to electrical safety procedures Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance among team members Job Type Full time Pay Up to 225 00 per day Benefits Health insurance Experience Service technician 1 year Required Work Location In person
