Job Title PPC Executive - Corrugation Plant Location Moraiya Ahmedabad Industry Packaging Corrugation Manufacturing Department Production Planning Control PPC Experience 2-5 years in corrugation or packaging industry preferred Education Diploma B E B Tech - Mechanical Industrial Production Any relevant field Job Summary The PPC Executive is responsible for ensuring productive planning scheduling and coordination of production activities in the corrugation plant to meet customer demand optimize production efficiency and maintain inventory levels The role involves close coordination with production sales purchase dispatch and quality departments Key Responsibilities Prepare and monitor daily weekly and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts orders and machine capacity Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery commitments Generate job orders schedule production batches and issue production planning sheets to the shop floor Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking Ensure optimal machine utilization by tracking performance and adjusting plans as necessary Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of raw materials kraft paper inks adhesives etc Communicate with the dispatch and logistics team for on-time delivery and vehicle scheduling Track production progress identify delays or bottlenecks and take corrective actions Maintain records and reports related to production planning order tracking and inventory Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices where possible Assist in cost control by reducing wastage downtime and excess inventory Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of PPC processes in corrugation or packaging industries Familiarity with corrugation machinery like 3-ply 5-ply 7-ply machines and box making processes Good understanding of raw materials and inventory management Proficiency in MS Excel SAP or other planning tools SAP Tally ERP etc Strong analytical organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Production and Planning Executive in Corrugation Plant 5 years Preferred PPC Executive for Packaging Industry 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
