Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution of solar PV installations Ground-mounted The role involves managing construction activities coordinating with contractors and vendors ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards and supporting commissioning and handover Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per design and schedule Coordinate with EPC electrical and civil teams for smooth workflow Inspect installation of modules inverters structures cabling and other components Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards Maintain site documentation progress reports and checklists Assist in system testing commissioning and troubleshooting Liaise with clients vendors and internal teams Requirements Diploma Degree in Electrical Mechanical or Civil Engineering 3-5 years of experience in solar Ground Mounted EPC projects preferred Knowledge of PV systems electrical connections and construction practices Strong problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to travel and stay at project sites Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Interested candidates can comment Yes for further discussion Contact Details (phone hidden) Manjunath Experience Site Engineer Manager 3 years Required Language English Required Work Location In person
