Job Title Finance Manager Department Finance Location Satara Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented strategic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial planning analysis reporting and control functions The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting business decisions through insightful financial analysis and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization Key Responsibilities Financial Planning Analysis Develop implement and manage annual budgets and forecasts Provide accurate and timely financial reports including variance analysis and recommendations Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and support strategic planning with financial insights Accounting Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Ensure accurate monthly quarterly and annual closing of books Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards Cash Flow Treasury Management Monitor and manage cash flow banking relationships and investment activities Develop strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity Compliance Risk Management Ensure compliance with tax regulations corporate laws and internal controls Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants Identify financial risks and propose risk mitigation strategies Team Leadership Lead and mentor the finance team to support their development and performance Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field Master s or MBA preferred 1-3 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity Robust understanding of financial principles reporting standards and budgeting Proficiency in financial software e g SAP Oracle QuickBooks Excel Preferred Skills Familiarity with ERP systems and financial modeling Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies Financial analysis reporting Budgeting forecasting Cash flow management Financial modeling Cost control variance analysis Taxation knowledge Internal controls audit compliance Investment capital planning Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Work Location In person
