Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Assistant SCM with an MBA in Supply Chain Management SCM This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build their career in aviation supply chain management The candidate will support procurement logistics inventory control supplier management purchase budgeting and creditor payment records The role requires robust analytical ability attention to detail and enthusiasm to learn in a dynamic aerospace environment Key Responsibilities 1 Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement of raw materials and components 2 Coordinate with suppliers for timely order placement follow-ups and deliveries 3 Develop vendor relationships monitor supplier performance and ensure quality compliance 4 Maintain purchase budgets supplier records and ensure timely vendor payments 5 Oversee inventory control warehousing and periodic audits to prevent shortages excess stock 6 Manage logistics ensuring timely delivery cost optimization and compliance with import export regulations 7 Ensure all supply chain activities meet aerospace and defense regulatory quality and documentation standards 8 Collaborate with internal teams sales stores and operations to ensure smooth material flow 9 Prepare and maintain MIS reports on supply chain operations Qualifications Skills MBA in Supply Chain Management freshers are encouraged to apply Strong analytical planning and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of procurement inventory and logistics processes Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work under timelines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Application Question s The job Location is Taloja Navi Mumbai Would you be comfortable to travel Education Master s Required Work Location In person
