We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our cable and wire manufacturing operations The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in production management within the cables and wires industry with solid knowledge of single-core and multi-core cable production processes Key Responsibilities Plan organize and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines Allocate resources and manage workforce to ensure smooth operations Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications Oversee equipment and machinery maintenance ensuring minimal downtime Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods coordinating with purchase and stores Train mentor and evaluate the production team to drive performance and efficiency Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and records Drive continuous improvement initiatives for better productivity and cost optimization initiatives Monitor manpower performance and optimize shift-wise resource utilization Ensure adherence to quality standards ISO practices and safety norms Graduate Diploma in Engineering Electrical Mechanical Production preferred 4-5 years of proven experience in production management in cables and wires manufacturing Strong knowledge of single-core and multi-core cable production processes Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
