Overview We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our energetic team The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design and a keen eye for detail This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with experienced professionals in the field As a Junior Architect you will assist in the design and execution of architectural projects contributing to all phases from conception through to completion Responsibilities Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans using software such as AutoCAD Revit and ArchiCAD Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure project requirements are met effectively Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects including joinery details Participate in project management activities including scheduling and coordinating with contractors and clients Utilise software tools such as NavisWorks Grasshopper 3D Rhinoceros 3D SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite for visualisation and presentation purposes Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications Engage in negotiations with suppliers and contractors to secure the best materials and services for projects Stay updated on industry trends materials and technologies to enhance design quality Requirements A degree in Architecture or a related field is essential Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD Revit ArchiCAD SketchUp NavisWorks Grasshopper 3D and Rhinoceros 3D is required Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic presentations is advantageous Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles is preferred Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and contractors A creative mindset with the ability to think critically about design challenges Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Previous internship or work experience in an architectural setting is desirable but not mandatory Join us as we shape the future of architecture through innovative design solutions Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
