Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead and manage the entire financial function at Indigo Interiors This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial planning analysis risk management compliance and driving profitability The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can provide strategic financial direction ensure financial discipline and support long-term business growth Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company s goals and growth plans Lead the preparation of annual budgets forecasts and financial reports Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management Manage cash flow capital allocation and investment decisions Ensure compliance with statutory regulations taxation laws and audit requirements Establish strong internal financial controls policies and processes Guide pricing strategies cost optimization and project profitability analysis Oversee financial reporting systems ERP accounting software and ensure data accuracy Liaise with auditors banks investors and external stakeholders Mentor and lead the finance and accounts team to achieve organizational objectives Advise management on financial risks opportunities and long-term sustainability Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Accounting or Commerce Professional certifications such as CA CMA CFA or MBA Finance strongly preferred Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of accounting standards taxation compliance and corporate finance Proven track record in strategic financial management and business partnering Expertise in ERP accounting tools MS Excel and financial modeling Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines What We Offer Attractive salary Strategic role with direct impact on company growth Leadership opportunity in a fast-growing interior design organization Cooperative and innovative work culture Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
