About Us A I Architecture is a growing architectural firm working on diverse projects including institutional residential industrial and government buildings across Uttarakhand We handle projects end-to-end from Detailed Project Reports DPRs to Good for Construction GFC drawings coordinating closely with consultants and executing agencies We are expanding our team and looking for passionate architects who want to grow with us Role Architect Location Haridwar Uttarakhand Job Type Full-time In-office Experience Required 2-5 years Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings working drawings and DPRs with accuracy and attention to detail Assist in design development 3D visualization and presentation drawings Coordinate with consultants structural MEP landscape estimation and incorporate their inputs into project deliverables Conduct site visits record observations and resolve queries from site engineers clients Ensure drawings follow firm s file structure naming conventions and version control system Participate in internal design reviews and drawing quality checks Support the Principal Architect and Senior Architects in project execution and documentation Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory Working knowledge of SketchUp Lumion Photoshop and MS Excel Understanding of building codes bye-laws and construction standards Ability to prepare presentations and reports for clients government departments Strong communication organizational and time-management skills Team-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Skills Good to Have Familiarity with CPWD DSR-based estimation workflows Experience in DPR preparation for government projects Exposure to Revit even basic will be an added advantage Education Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch from a recognized institution Valid COA registration or in process What We Offer Chance to work on large-scale government and private projects Structured growth path with defined KRAs and role levels Junior Senior Team Leader Exposure to both design and execution workflows Mentorship from senior professionals and the Principal Architect A collaborative and learning-focused studio environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
