Job Title Site Supervisor Department Project Management Construction Reporting To Project Manager Senior Architect Location Project Site Office Location Employment Type Full-Time Job Purpose The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site activities ensuring that architectural design intent is executed accurately work progresses on schedule and quality and safety standards are met This role serves as the key link between the architectural design team contractors and clients at the construction site Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring work is carried out in accordance with architectural drawings specifications and approved timelines Monitor and report on site progress ensuring that work is aligned with the project schedule and budget Liaise between architects contractors subcontractors vendors and clients to resolve on-site issues promptly Inspect work to ensure quality control and adherence to design and regulatory standards Ensure that health and safety protocols are strictly followed at all times Maintain accurate site records including daily reports site instructions attendance and photographs Identify any deviations from drawings or quality standards and escalate them appropriately Support the architectural team during site visits and client inspections Coordinate material deliveries site logistics and workforce allocation Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field 3 years of experience in site supervision preferably within architectural or construction firms Solid knowledge of construction methods materials architectural detailing and industry standards Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills Proficient in MS Office familiarity with AutoCAD Revit or project management software is an advantage Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards Preferred Qualities Eye for architectural detailing and design quality Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage site challenges effectively Professional attitude when dealing with clients and stakeholders Willingness to travel between sites as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
