Job Title Project Coordinator - Datacentre Projects Location Mumbai Experience Required 2-5 Years Notice Period Immediate Joiners Only Role Summary - We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Datacenter Projects team The role will involve supporting the Project Manager in planning coordinating and monitoring multiple design and build projects The candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams vendors and contractors while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities - Assist in project planning scheduling and documentation for datacenter projects Civil Electrical HVAC MEP and Fit-out works Coordinate with internal design procurement and execution teams along with external vendors and contractors Track project progress monitor timelines and highlight risks delays or deviations to the Project Manager Prepare and maintain project documentation trackers dashboards progress reports and MOMs Ensure project adherence to scope budget safety and quality standards Support in vendor management including deliveries billing compliance and follow-ups Facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders - clients consultants contractors and internal teams Assist in project handover activities and documentation for the operations team Key Skills Competencies - Strong coordination follow-up and documentation skills Familiarity with project management tools MS Project Primavera Excel or similar Good communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Qualifications Experience - Bachelor s degree in Engineering Electrical Mechanical Civil or equivalent 2-5 years of experience in project coordination preferably in datacenter or MEP projects Exposure to datacenter or large-scale infrastructure projects will be an added advantage Job Type Full time Language English Preferred Work Location In person
