About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Calling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls build strong relationships with clients customers and support our sales and service activities The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a pleasant personality and the ability to achieve call targets Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Answer inbound calls and respond to queries promptly Provide information about products services and address customer needs Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system Follow up on leads to close sales or gather required information Meet daily weekly monthly call and conversion targets Escalate complex queries to the relevant department Requirements Education Minimum 12th pass Graduate preferred Experience 0-2 years in telecalling telesales or customer service freshers can apply Excellent verbal communication skills in required languages Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Good listening skills and a polite telephone manner Preferred Skills Prior experience in a call center BPO or sales support role Multilingual abilities Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Working Hours Mon-Fri 10 am to 6 30pm Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Experience calling 1 year Preferred Language Marathi Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
