This position involves working within the MEP Team at Axium Global s Delivery Centre in Andheri Mumbai or Pune The team consists of skilled professionals including BIM designers mechanical electrical and plumbing engineers with varied experience The BIM Designer will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of electrical systems for various projects and will be working directly with leading MEP design consulting firms from the UK USA Australia and the UAE on flagship projects Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems including lighting power distribution fire alarm systems and other electrical components Collaborate with MEP teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and plumbing systems ensuring full interdisciplinary coordination and minimizing conflicts Produce construction documents shop drawings and specifications in accordance with industry standards and project requirements Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts before construction begins Work closely with project managers engineers and architects to understand project requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant codes regulations and quality standards Conduct reviews and revisions of models and documents as necessary Qualification and Experience Required BE BTech in electrical engineering Architectural Engineering or a related field ITI NCTVT certified HVAC electrical plumbing draftsman with relevant experience Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electrical design with specific experience in BIM modelling Compensation The selected candidate will receive competitive compensation and remuneration policies in line with qualifications and experience Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate What We Offer A fulfilling working environment that is respectful and ethical A reliable and progressive career opportunity State-of-the-art office infrastructure with the latest hardware and software for professional growth In-house internationally certified training division and innovation team focusing on training and learning the latest tools and trends Culture of discussing and implementing a planned career growth path with team leaders Transparent fixed and variable compensation policies based on team and individual performances ensuring a productive association
