We are looking for a Land Acquisition to support our real estate infrastructure projects by identifying and acquiring suitable land parcels The role involves site visits initial negotiations assisting in documentation and coordinating with landowners brokers and government offices Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying potential land parcels for development projects Conduct site visits and gather ground-level information Build and maintain relationships with landowners brokers and local stakeholders Support the negotiation process with landowners and intermediaries Coordinate with legal and liaison teams for land title verification and documentation Assist in preparing agreements records and reports related to land acquisition Work with government offices revenue registration municipal for approvals and clearances Track land market trends and provide inputs to the management Qualifications Graduate in any discipline 8-15 years of experience in land acquisition real estate or related field Knowledge of land records registration process and local laws Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel frequently and work with local communities Key Skills Negotiation persuasion Documentation support Liaison with government offices Networking relationship management Problem-solving attitude Job Type Full-time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Paid time off Work Location In person
