Join LIH a leading travel company dedicated to offering exceptional travel experiences We are seeking a Dynamic Telecaller Sales Executive for our travel business The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and converting inquiries into sales This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can understand customer needs and effectively promote our services Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls Make calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the company s products and services Sales Conversion Handle inbound inquiries provide detailed information and convert leads into sales Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring a positive experience Follow-Up Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure a smooth sales process Sales Reporting Maintain accurate records of calls sales and customer details in the CRM system Team Collaboration Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve sales performance Key Skills Requirements Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling telesales or customer service Communication Skills Proficiency in English Hindi Language with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Multitasking Capable of handling multiple inquiries and following up on potential leads Qualifications Graduate or Higher studies qualification Proven experience as a Tele Caller Customer Service Representative or similar role Excellent communication in English Hindi Language and interpersonal skills Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Proficient in relevant computer applications Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade customers Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience tele sales 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
