We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Gurugram India At Utilities One we are committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across the utilities energy and telecommunications sectors As we expand our presence in India we are looking for individuals who are passionate about operational excellence and want to contribute to impactful real-world projects What we want Assist Directors in planning coordinating and executing projects Maintain and update project documentation reports and schedules Act as a liaison between internal teams management and external stakeholders Organize meetings prepare agendas and record meeting minutes Track project progress ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Monitor and report on project budgets expenses and resource allocation Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues as needed Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards Support with administrative tasks related to project management Requirements Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative coordination role preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint and project management tools MS Project PowerBI AutoCAD FTTX FTTH will be a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications Background in the clean energy or electric vehicle EV sector Familiarity with incentive programs and utilities within the United States Benefits Competitive salary package Being part of an international dynamic work environment
