Job Title HR Specialist Location Calicut supporting Calicut Malappuram Reports To HR Manager Operations Head About Fixail Fixail is a fast-growing home services company Through our mobile app customers can book trusted professionals for electrical plumbing cleaning carpentry and appliance repairs AC fridge washing machine and more We are an authorised service partner for LG IFB Voltas Reliance ResQ and Samsung Our IT team also builds in-house products like the Fixail Home Services app Fixail Spares and the Fixail Partner app Role Overview We re looking for an HR Specialist to handle recruitment payroll ESI PF and day-to-day HR operations for both our field technicians and IT staff What You ll Do Recruit and onboard technicians support staff and IT team members Process monthly payroll and manage ESI PF contributions and filings Keep accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws Support performance reviews and arrange training for staff and service partners Address employee questions and help create a positive work environment Update HR policies and suggest ways to improve processes What We re Looking For At least 1 year of HR experience recruitment payroll or HR operations Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Knowledge of ESI PF and basic labor laws Good communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using HR software and MS Office Google Workspace Benefits Competitive salary with performance bonuses ESI PF and health insurance Paid leave and growth opportunities Friendly team and flexible work environment for office roles Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Experience HR 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
