Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch operations of injection moulded plastic parts The ideal candidate should have experience in packaging documentation logistics coordination and inventory control related to outbound shipments Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily dispatches of finished injection moulding parts as per customer schedules Ensure accurate packing labeling and documentation invoices delivery challans e-way bills etc for all outbound shipments Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure only approved parts are dispatched Communicate with transporters courier services and logistics partners for on-time delivery Maintain dispatch records gate pass logs and customer acknowledgment receipts Ensure FIFO First In First Out system is followed in dispatch and inventory handling Monitor and report any discrepancies or damage during packing or transport Ensure proper stacking packing standards and handling of finished goods to avoid damages Track shipments and update delivery status to the concerned departments or customers Assist in monthly stock audits and ensure accuracy between physical and system stock Qualifications Experience Graduate or Diploma in any discipline preferably in logistics supply chain 2-5 years of experience in dispatch logistics preferably in a manufacturing or injection moulding environment Knowledge of ERP or dispatch management systems SAP Tally etc is preferred Familiar with transport coordination packaging norms and documentation Key Skills Solid coordination and communication skills Basic computer skills MS Excel Word Email Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Familiarity with GST invoices e-way bills and logistics procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace Work Conditions Factory warehouse environment May involve working extended hours during high-volume dispatch days Requires physical activity like supervising loading checking packages etc Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
