Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and monitor daily transport operations including vehicle dispatch route planning and delivery tracking Coordinate with drivers fleet managers clients and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Maintain detailed records of vehicle movements trip sheets fuel consumption and delivery documentation Handle client communication for pickup delivery updates delays and service feedback Ensure proper documentation for intercity state transport including challans e-way bills and invoices Monitor fleet availability and utilization arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed Support load planning and vehicle optimization to reduce cost and improve efficiency Address operational issues such as delays breakdowns and client complaints effectively and promptly Use logistics transport management software to track shipments and generate reports Ensure compliance with RTO and government regulations regarding transport operations Job Type Full time Pay 11 725 39 - 32 141 90 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Expected Start Date 11 08 2025
