Associate - Business Development- Location Full-time On-site at Archohm Office Noida- Experience Required 5 years- Reporting To Principal Associate - Archohm Consults Pvt Ltd About Archohm Archohm is a multidisciplinary design and architecture consultancy known for its bold ideas and contextual solutions We work on a wide range of institutional public and private sector projects across India and abroad Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Business Development team as an Associate - BD The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities managing the bidding and RFP process and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality submissions Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end process of RFPs EOIs and tender submissions- Coordinate with the design and technical teams for proposal development- Develop and maintain databases for leads opportunities and submissions- Handle documentation pre-qualification requirements and compliance- Liaise with clients and consultants for queries clarifications and follow-ups- Track upcoming projects and business leads in the architecture construction sector- Support the leadership team in strategic BD initiatives and reporting- Build and maintain solid connections with key government bodies such as Tourism Department PWD CPWD MEA NBCC and actively pursue opportunities through these channels- Develop relationships with private developers and leverage past experience in the private sector to generate leads and bring in new clients- Confidently deliver presentations and pitches to clients consultants and authorities to represent the firm s capabilities effectivelyRequirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development preferably in architecture construction or design consultancy- Proficient in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and documentation workflows- Strong understanding of RFPs EOIs tendering and government private procurement systems- Excellent communication coordination and interpersonal skills- Educational background in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field preferred- Willingness to travel PAN India for business development-related meetings presentations and client coordination- Application for Associate - Business Development Position - Feel free to reach out via email in case of any queries regarding the role - Job Types Full-time Permanent- Schedule Morning shift ref updazz com
