Greet and welcome visitors clients and guests professionally Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department Answer screen and forward incoming calls promptly and courteously Schedule and manage appointments meetings and visitor entries Inform relevant staff of guest arrivals and maintain a visitor log Issue visitor passes and ensure security protocols are followed Ensure blue-collar staff are aware of entry protocols muster points and safety drills Verify that all workers enter exit through designated gates with proper ID cards or biometric clearance Ensure workers follow dress code uniforms safety gear etc and have valid gate passes Monitor in-time out-time and shift allocations Receive and distribute incoming mail courier packages and other documents Job Type Full time Pay 16 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
