Job Title HR Compliance IR Manager Company CENGRS Geotechnica Private Limited Location A-100 Sector 63 Noida Office Timings 9 30 AM - 6 00 PM Week Off 2nd 4th Saturdays and all SundaysAbout Us CENGRS Geotechnica Pvt Ltd is a reputed geotechnical engineering company offering specialized services in soil investigation foundation design and technical consulting We are known for our commitment to quality precision and client satisfaction across India s leading infrastructure and construction projects Role Overview We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented HR Compliance Executive Manager to oversee statutory compliance worker documentation and contractor coordination across all project sites Key Responsibilities Apply for gate passes through client portals and emails ensuring the submission of all required documents for all projects Prepare and maintain worker manpower data and update the labour database Generate EPF ESI numbers and process attendance wage and compliance records Liaise with site teams and clients for HR IR compliance and documentation Issue ID cards certificates and maintain all statutory registers Verify vendor bills and maintain FMS and payment records Follow up with contractors for manpower and with HR for clearances Candidate Requirements Bachelor s degree HR Labour Law or a related field 1-4 years of experience in HR compliance or site HR Knowledge of labour laws compliance norms and documentation Strong communication coordination and MS Excel skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
