Job Overview We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with strong knowledge of building modeling and practical site execution The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D BIM models and ensuring that designs are implemented effectively on-site This is a hybrid role that blends technical modeling with on-ground project supervision Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Modeling Documentation Create update and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using software like Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks Prepare detailed architectural structural and MEP drawings based on design inputs Collaborate with architects engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and coordination Generate construction documents shop drawings and schedules from the model Implement design changes and ensure model revisions are updated in real time Site Supervision Visit construction sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings and standards Coordinate with contractors vendors and in office teams for design clarifications Identify and resolve any design discrepancies between BIM models and on-site implementation Conduct site inspections and report issues to the project team with photographic and written documentation Ensure adherence to quality safety and timeline expectations Job Type Full time Pay 17 350 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
