We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Events to lead the planning execution and scaling of high-impact events that align with our mission - This role will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering both virtual and physical events-including workshops summits hackathons and community meetups-that engage our diverse audience and strengthen our brand presence Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning - Design and implement an annual events calendar aligned with Impacteers strategic goals - Develop event formats that support career enablement sustainability and entrepreneurship Event Execution - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events-venue selection vendor coordination logistics budgeting and staffing - Ensure seamless delivery of both in-person and virtual events using tools like Zoom Hopin or Airmeet Community Engagement - Build and nurture relationships with universities corporates NGOs and ecosystem partners - Drive participation and engagement through creative campaigns and community outreach Team Leadership - Manage a team of event coordinators interns and volunteers - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing partnerships and product teams Performance Reporting - Track KPIs such as attendance engagement feedback and ROI - Prepare post-event reports and continuously improve event strategies Qualifications- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or related field - 5 years of experience in event planning and execution preferably in EdTech social impact or startup ecosystems - Proven track record of managing large-scale events and community programs - Strong organizational negotiation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Skills - Familiarity with sustainability social entrepreneurship or career development domains - Experience with hybrid event platforms and digital engagement tools - Creative mindset with a passion for building communities and experiences What We Offer- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses - Prospect to shape a growing impact-driven brand - A collaborative mission-first work environment - Access to a global network of changemakers and innovators ref updazz com
