Job Title Quality Control Manager for Conveyar PVC Verticals From Footwear Industry Job Location Udyog Nagar Peeragarhi Experience 3- 5 years URGENT HIRING We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager from footwear industry who specifically focusing on conveyor and PVC verticals is responsible for ensuring the quality of footwear products throughout the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished goods This role involves overseeing quality control processes inspecting products identifying defects and implementing corrective actions to meet quality standards Key Responsibilities Overseeing Quality Control Implementing and managing quality control processes including inspections at various stages of production Product Inspection Conducting thorough inspections of materials components and finished footwear to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards Defect Identification and Correction Identifying defects in footwear products and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventative measures Quality System Management Establishing implementing and maintaining quality management systems including procedures and training methods Team Management Managing and training the quality control team ensuring they are proficient in quality control procedures and techniques Compliance Ensuring that all footwear products and processes adhere to relevant quality standards both internal and external Process Improvement Continuously monitoring and improving quality control systems and processes to enhance efficiency and product quality Reporting Preparing and presenting reports on quality metrics findings and corrective actions to senior management Raw Material Management Inspecting incoming raw materials leather fabrics soles etc and coordinating with purchase and warehouse teams regarding quality issues Understanding Conveyor Systems A strong understanding of how conveyor systems function within a footwear manufacturing environment and how they impact product quality PVC Material Expertise Knowledge of PVC materials used in footwear and their specific quality characteristics Troubleshooting Identifying and troubleshooting quality issues related to PVC components and conveyor systems Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
