Job Title HR Recruiter Location Andheri East Department Human Resources Employment Type Full-time Company Overview Realatte Ventures is a fast-growing real estate technology company focused on delivering innovative solutions for the real estate market We leverage cutting-edge technologies to streamline real estate marketing sales and customer management processes Our mission is to provide our clients with the tools and insights they need to maximize their success in the ever-changing real estate landscape Position Summary The HR Recruiter at Realatte Ventures will play a critical role in building the company s talent pool by managing the full recruitment life cycle You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent managing candidate relationships and working closely with hiring managers to meet the company s staffing needs This role requires a strategic mindset excellent communication skills and a passion for finding the best fit for every role Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the company from entry-level to senior positions Talent Sourcing Use diverse channels such as job boards social media networking events and recruitment agencies to identify potential candidates Screening and Interviewing Conduct initial screening calls schedule interviews and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit Collaboration with Hiring Managers Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals Candidate Experience Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process maintaining timely communication and providing feedback Offer Management Extend job offers negotiate salaries and finalize terms of employment with selected candidates Recruitment Metrics Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill cost-per-hire and quality of hire to evaluate recruitment effectiveness Employer Branding Assist in developing strategies for promoting the company s employer brand and enhancing the candidate pipeline Onboarding Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure successful onboarding of new hires Recruitment Strategies Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to attract top talent Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1-2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role preferably in the technology or real estate industry Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies techniques and best practices Experience using applicant tracking systems ATS and other recruitment tools Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment Ability to work in a fast-paced energetic environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Experience Digital Agency 1 year Preferred Recruiting 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
