Job Title Tendering Engineer Tender Executive Bid Manager Job Summary Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Tendering Qualified to manage the end-to-end tendering process for marine shipbuilding and infrastructure projects Responsible for identifying opportunities evaluating tenders developing proposals and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Key Responsibilities Monitor tender portals e g GEM CPPP analyze RFQs RFPs BOQs Conduct feasibility studies and prepare go no-go assessments Coordinate bid planning with technical finance and procurement teams Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant bids Optimize costing and pricing strategies Liaise with internal teams vendors and regulatory bodies Qualifications Skills Degree in Marine Mechanical or Civil Engineering 3-7 years of experience in tendering or bid management Familiar with GEM CPPP and eProcurement systems Strong analytical communication and project management skills Knowledge of maritime regulations and government procurement Document management and proposal automation tools Experience in Marine Engineering industry will be preferred Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
