Company Noel Infrastructures Pvt Ltd Location Chennai Egmore office project sites Experience 8-10 years Gulf experience mandatory About the Company Noel Infrastructures is a fast-growing EPC Engineering Procurement Construction company headquartered in Chennai We specialize in modular construction and large infrastructure projects such as railways airports renewable energy and facades Our advanced technologies are powered by global partnerships from Singapore and Australia Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to structural works RCC steel structures and finishing works plastering flooring painting false ceiling etc Review and interpret construction drawings technical specifications and BOQs Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols at all stages of construction Coordinate with consultants contractors vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution Monitor progress against project schedules and report deviations if any Verify and approve contractor bills material consumption and daily progress reports DPRs Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of structural and finishing works Resolve site execution challenges and ensure timely completion of tasks Ensure proper documentation including work inspection requests WIR material inspection requests MIR etc Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs as required Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices especially in structural and finishing works Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings structural layouts and architectural details Familiarity with construction materials site execution methods and finishing techniques Solid leadership communication and coordination skills Understanding of IS codes construction safety practices and quality control norms Working knowledge of MS Project Primavera AutoCAD MS Office is preferred Requirements B E B Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university Experience in infrastructure or real estate projects involving residential commercial or industrial structures Exposure to both structural and finishing phases of construction Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
