Job Title Chief Veterinary Surgeon Location Utkarsh Global Foundation Mumbai Department Animal Welfare Organisation Veterinary Services Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary Utkarsh Global Foundation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our animal care and welfare organisation The ideal candidate must have minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in veterinary surgeries and be committed to the health and welfare of animals especially in community-based and shelter environments Key Responsibilities Perform routine and complex surgical procedures including sterilization spay neuter wound management orthopedic and emergency surgeries Conduct pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care for animals Ensure high standards of hygiene asepsis and surgical protocols Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in animals particularly street and shelter animals Collaborate with para veterinary staff and dog-catching teams during ABC Animal Birth Control programs Maintain detailed medical and surgical records Provide training and guidance to junior staff and volunteers Participate in vaccination drives rescue operations and community outreach programs Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree in Veterinary Science B V Sc A H from a recognized institution Valid registration with the Veterinary Council of India VCI Minimum 3-4 years of experience in veterinary surgery Skills Required Excellent surgical skills and post-operative care knowledge Empathy towards animals and a passion for animal welfare Salary up to 100 000 Accommodation will be provided Commensurate with experience and qualifications Negotiable for the right candidate How to Apply Interested candidates can contact (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 95 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
