Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our Customer Technical Support team The role involves providing design-based support to customers resolving technical queries and creating modifying engineering drawings using AutoCAD You will act as a technical liaison between the customer and internal design manufacturing teams ensuring timely and accurate support Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and provide timely design solutions Prepare and modify 2D drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD Interpret mechanical drawings specifications and customer requests to provide accurate support Collaborate with production R D and quality departments to resolve customer complaints or feedback Create layout proposals assembly drawings and part drawings based on customer specifications Provide technical support to the sales and customer service teams on product feasibility and customization Participate in technical discussions with clients to provide design clarifications and recommendations Maintain an organized database of drawings documents and correspondence Assist in preparing Bill of Materials BOM and ensuring design compliance with internal standards Conduct root cause analysis for product-related customer issues and implement corrective actions Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering B E or B Tech 1-2years of experience in mechanical design Robust proficiency in AutoCAD Job Type Full-time Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Application Question s Did you completed B E In Mechanical How many years of experience do you have with AutoCAD Are you familiar with AutoCAD What is your Current CTC What is your Expected CTC What is your Notice period Work Location In person
