We are looking for a Lead Sourcing Analyst to join our team in Bangalore This is an amazing chance to work on a centralized process Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the RFP process exploring possibilities with alternative suppliers Manage the complete RFx process encompassing specifications to justifications Achieve the lowest Total Cost of Ownership TCO with the highest quality service that the market can support in collaboration with business stakeholders Improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis identifying cost drivers trends and creating procurement strategies across the category Assist with the identification planning and management of a pipeline of strategic sourcing projects Independently negotiate agreements including red lining Develop strategic supplier relationships utilizing supplier segmentation and spend analytics for the category and manage supplier risk and compliance Collect and analyze projected costs vs actual costs against supplier agreements Serve as an escalation point to resolve supplier and or stakeholder issues Manage the complete sourcing cycle including supplier identification and selection price negotiation and contracts Lead strategic sourcing initiatives related to competitive marketplace demand management supplier consolidation and process re-engineering Increase savings and value globally across all business units partnering with internal stakeholders Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s Degree or equivalent 5 Years of Relevant Experience About the Team The Procurement organization is spread across the United States Europe Israel and India and some flexibility of hours is required Hours of Work We work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday Hybrid work mode At Clarivate we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons with respect to hiring compensation promotion training and other terms conditions and privileges of employment We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations
