Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in the wholesaler and supplier segment of the FMCG market The role involves building strong relationships with distributors wholesalers and bulk buyers ensuring consistent product availability and achieving monthly sales and collection targets Key Responsibilities o Visit wholesalers suppliers and bulk buyers in assigned territories to generate sales Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key FMCG channel partners Ensure product placement visibility and regular order generation from wholesale markets Achieve monthly sales revenue and collection targets Identify and appoint new distributors or channel partners where required Gather feedback on market trends pricing competitor products and customer needs Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth delivery and payment follow-up Maintain daily sales visit reports and share updates with the Business Development Head Promote new product launches and schemes among wholesale partners Required Skills Competencies Robust understanding of FMCG wholesale and distribution network Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Good negotiation and convincing ability Self-motivated field-oriented and target-driven Basic computer knowledge Excel WhatsApp reporting etc Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area Qualification Experience Minimum Graduate Preferred BBA B Com or similar 5 years of experience in FMCG Consumer Goods field sales preferably dealing with wholesalers distributors or suppliers Candidates must have good communication skills and strong knowledge of field sales operations Compensation Fixed Salary Attractive Incentives Travel Allowance Growth opportunities within the sales team Key Focus Area 100 Field Role - Daily market visits to wholesalers distributors Focus on expanding and maintaining B2B network Direct contribution to sales volume and brand visibility in the market Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
