We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Team Lead to oversee and manage our SEO team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive organic growth improve search rankings and enhance overall website performance You will lead a team of SEO executives guide them in project execution and collaborate closely with content design and development teams to achieve measurable results Key Responsibilities Develop execute and monitor effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies for multiple projects Lead mentor and manage a team of SEO professionals to ensure consistent performance and growth Perform comprehensive website audits identify SEO issues and provide actionable recommendations Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and market trend evaluations Manage link-building campaigns and ensure compliance with Google s SEO guidelines Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to optimize website content and improve rankings Track analyze and report key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs or Moz Stay updated with the latest SEO trends algorithm changes and best practices Prepare and present monthly performance reports and improvement plans to management Drive organic traffic growth and improve ROI from SEO campaigns Required Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications IT or a related field 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience Strong knowledge of Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog and other SEO tools Expertise in technical SEO on-page optimization off-page link building and local SEO Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve performance goals Job Type Full time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
