1 Key Responsibilities1 Customer Consultation Interact with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budget Provide expert advice on domestic and international destinations Explain package options itineraries pricing and inclusions clearly 2 Holiday Planning Packaging Create customized holiday packages tailored to each customer Prepare detailed itineraries quotations and travel plans Suggest upgrades add-ons and promotional offers to enhance customer value 3 Sales Target Achievement Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Upsell services such as hotel upgrades activities insurance etc 4 Booking Vendor Coordination Coordinate with airlines hotels DMCs and suppliers for reservations Ensure accurate and timely confirmations invoices and documentation Maintain smooth communication between vendors and customers 5 Customer Service Relationship Management Handle customer queries complaints and post-booking support Build long-term customer relationships for referrals and repeat business Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the process 6 Market Research Updates Stay updated on destination trends visa rules offers and travel guidelines Monitor competitor pricing and market trends 7 Reporting Documentation Maintain daily sales reports lead status and booking records Update CRM tools and follow proper data entry procedures Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality or relevant field preferred 1-3 years of experience as a Holiday Consultant Travel Consultant Robust knowledge of domestic international destinations Fluent in Hindi and English Excellent communication persuasion and customer handling skills Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and travel booking platforms preferred Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
