Position CA - Accounting Reporting to CFO Function Accounts Finance Educational Qualification - Semi-Qualified CA Work experience in years - 2-4 years Roles and Responsibilities -Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and payroll Manage and ensure compliance with IND AS tax regulations RERA compliance and internal controls Prepare financial statements and reports including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Develop and maintain accounting policies procedures and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy Key Skills Experience the Candidate Should Have - Technical T and Non-Technical NT -Semi-Qualified CA someone willing to complete their CA exams is an added advantage Knowledge of IND AS tax regulations and internal controls Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Well-versed with accounting software ERP SAP Ability to work independently and in a team setting Attention to detail and accuracy
