About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in coding to lead multiple software development projects The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between management and the development team ensuring smooth communication effective planning and timely project delivery Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning execution monitoring and delivery Collaborate closely with developers designers and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality outcomes Translate client requirements into detailed technical tasks and timelines Review technical documentation code structure and project architecture when required Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies Manage sprints conduct daily stand-ups and track progress through project management tools e g Jira Trello ClickUp Asana Communicate project status issues and updates to stakeholders and clients Continuously optimize workflows and resource allocation for maximum efficiency Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field 2-3 years of experience in software development hands-on coding background is a must 1-2 years of experience in project management within the IT software domain Strong understanding of web and mobile app development cycles APIs and deployment processes Experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Solid analytical mindset with the ability to understand both business and technical aspects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
