OB DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNTS FINANCE HEAD Position Accounts Finance Head Department Finance Accounts Location KOLKATA Reporting To Managing Director CEO 1 Job Purpose The Accounts Finance Head will lead the entire finance and accounts function of the organization This role is responsible for financial planning budgeting statutory compliance internal controls cash-flow management and providing financial insights to support business growth and decision-making 2 Key ResponsibilitiesA Financial Planning Strategy Prepare annual budgets forecasts and long-term financial plans Provide strategic recommendations to management based on financial analysis Conduct variance analysis and highlight risks opportunities B Accounting Financial Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting operations Ensure timely preparation of Profit Loss Balance Sheet Cash Flow Statements Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records C Compliance Regulatory Management Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax ROC filings and other statutory requirements Coordinate with auditors internal external for audit completion Ensure adherence to accounting standards and legal regulations D Treasury Cash Flow Management Monitor cash flow working capital and banking operations Manage fund flow vendor payments receivables and credit control Maintain healthy relations with banks and financial institutions E Internal Controls Process Improvement Develop and implement robust internal control systems Streamline accounting processes SOPs and automation where required Prevent financial leakages and ensure cost optimization F Team Leadership Lead and supervise the accounts and finance team Assign responsibilities monitor performance and provide training Build a high-performance and compliant finance function 3 Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Degree in Commerce Finance B Com CA CMA MBA Finance preferred 30 years of experience in accounts finance Strong knowledge of GST Income Tax Tally ERP systems and financial analysis Excellent leadership analytical and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 4 Key Competencies Financial Accuracy Discipline Strategic Decision-Making Taxation Compliance Expertise Problem-Solving Risk Management Team Management Confidentiality Ethical Conduct Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
