Job Title Production Manager - Gold Silver Jewellery Experience Required Minimum 5 Years Salary 60 000 - 70 000 per month Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Manager from the Gold Silver Jewellery industry who will oversee the complete production process ensure product quality timely delivery workforce supervision and manage daily operations effectively Key Responsibilities Plan organize manage end-to-end jewellery production Gold Silver Oversee casting polishing stone setting QC and finishing processes Maintain production timelines and ensure on-time delivery Coordinate with design team for new product development Ensure quality standards are followed as per industry requirements Manage workforce including karigars and vendors Track daily production output maintain reports Control wastage and optimize material usage Ensure compliance with purity standards 916 925 etc Manage raw material inventory of gold silver stones consumables Handle machine maintenance and workstation planning Ensure safety and security protocols in the production area Skills Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Gold Silver Jewellery manufacturing Strong knowledge of jewellery production techniques Ability to monitor purity hallmarks weight wastage control Team leadership and shop-floor management skills Knowledge of CAD CAM Laser Casting related machinery preferred Good communication and reporting skills Work Location As per company requirementQualification Any graduate or relevant jewellery manufacturing background preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Advantages Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
