As part of this role you will be part of core operations team responsible for managing daily mutual fund operations activity and make recommendations about enhancing operations process You will be coordinating with various entities like RTA Payment Gateway AMC and Clients for query resolution Responsible for Transaction Online MF processing Order file upload in funds net Send debit file to payment gateway PG Upload reverse feed from RTA Upload payment confirmation file from PG Send UTR reports to AMC Responsible for maintaining critical data Issue list Query handling of Clients Follow up with concerned AMC RTA Payment gateway IT in case of any issues Preparation of Reconciliations reports AUM Order Payment Who you should be At least 2 years of experience in Mutual fund operations Good knowledge in reporting tools Customer centric Valuable communication and Team player Good knowledge in MS Excel Word and Power point Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Experience Mutual fund Operations 1 year Required backend operations 1 year Required
