Design and Planning Designing mechanical engineering systems and services including HVAC Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems Ensuring all designs comply with industry standards codes and project requirements Technical Documentation Preparation of design calculations technical specifications equipment schedules and Bill of Quantities BOQ Reviewing and updating project documentation throughout all project phases Coordination Execution Coordinating with architects structural engineers electrical teams and contractors to ensure seamless project execution Providing technical guidance during project installation commissioning and handover stages Quality Compliance Conducting system reviews inspections and ensuring adherence to approved designs and safety standards Troubleshooting design issues and proposing effective engineering solutions Project Management Managing timelines estimating project costs and monitoring progress Preparing reports and updates for internal teams and clients Skills Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Strong experience in HVAC Plumbing and Fire Fighting system design Proficiency in relevant software tools AutoCAD Revit MS Office etc Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Job Type Full time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
