Key Responsibilities Visit patients homes for collection of blood urine and other diagnostic samples Verify patient details obtain consent and ensure accurate labeling of all specimens Follow standard protocols for sample collection storage and handling Maintain strict hygiene infection control and biosafety practices Transport samples securely to the designated laboratory within required timelines Maintain patient comfort and provide courteous service during collection Keep proper records of collections payments if applicable and logistics Coordinate with the lab team and customer support for smooth operations Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with patient information Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of phlebotomy techniques Good communication and patient-handling skills Attention to detail in labeling and documentation Ability to travel and manage multiple home visits daily Knowledge of biosafety and infection control protocols Familiarity with GPS route planning is an added advantage Requirements Diploma B Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology DMLT BMLT or Phlebotomy certification 1-3 years of experience in sample collection preferably in a diagnostic center hospital Valid two-wheeler driving license with own vehicle preferred Willingness to work in flexible shifts weekends and emergency requirements Preferred only Male Candidates Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 10 000 32 - 15 000 25 per month Work Location In person
