About the Role We are looking for a smart energetic and customer-focused Guest Relationship Officer GRO to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our real estate project sites This role demands excellent communication a positive attitude and the ability to coordinate smoothly with the Sales Team Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome and greet clients visitors at the project site Understand customer requirements and collect their basic details in the TAB CRM Create register update client enquiries leads in the system without delay Coordinate and assign leads to the Sales Team for further discussions Maintain a clean and skilled reception area at the project site Support in organising customer visits walk-ins and project tours if needed Ensure excellent customer experience by providing prompt responses and assistance Maintain MIS visitor log on a daily basis Required Skills Qualifications Any degree diploma Freshers or candidates with experience in customer handling front office hospitality real estate or retail can apply Good communication skills in Tamil English Hindi added advantage Pleasing personality customer-centric attitude Basic computer tablet usage skills Work Location Timings Project-based role not corporate office - GRO will sit at the project site daily Work Timings 9 30 AM - 6 30 PM Flexible during peak visits Contact for Interview HR Support (phone hidden) thirumurugan v adissia com Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 16 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
