Armia Systems Pvt Ltd Infopark Kochi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Jr IT Recruiter Trainee Job Specification As a Jr IT Recruiter Trainee you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for technical positions within our organization You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to identify attract and hire talented IT professionals Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions including sourcing screening interviewing and selecting candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards social media professional networks and referrals to identify potential candidates Review resumes and applications conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidates skills and qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews both in-person and virtual with candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system ATS or recruitment database Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and best practices in IT recruitment to provide insights and recommendations Support other HR and recruitment initiatives as assigned Complete hiring for open roles within stipulated deadlines Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of IT concepts technologies and job roles Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced setting Basic knowledge of sourcing and recruitment using LinkedIn and Naukri Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality Other Details Qualification MBA in HR Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Location Kochi Experience Fresher to 6months Salary 13000 Job posted date 2 12 2025
