The role is for US operations suitable candidates will be responsible for keeping track of personal and office details such as information on contacts managing calendars scheduling appointments coordinating meetings and the recording and maintenance of meeting minutes Managing and resolving scheduling conflicts Should be able to handle credit card bills reimbursements - both personal and official expenses Exercising discretion and handling sensitive information while maintaining strict confidentiality Handling travel arrangements including booking flights hotels and transportation for the Chairman and his family members Assisting with personal tasks such as running important errands household management managing personal appointments and commitments Handling personal communications and facilitating family and social engagements Organising and maintaining key databases reports documents and files Acting as a liaison between the employer and other staff clients and or partners Ensuring effective communication and coordination in both personal and professional domains matters Finding practical solutions and taking initiatives to resolve issues Job Shift Rotational Timings Requirements Minimum educational requirement BBA MBA Good communication skills both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint and other office productivity tools Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
